When you write, it helps to tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, the Just Cut version (Settings, About) and what you tapped before the problem. Please do not send passwords or card numbers. Apple handles payment and we never need them.

Plan and billing

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Just Cut, then Cancel Subscription. You can also open https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles refunds. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and pick the purchase. We cannot refund purchases ourselves because we never receive your payment.

I paid but the plan does not show.
Open Just Cut, go to Settings, Your plan, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy. If it still does not show, write to us with the date you bought it and your App Store country.

What does it cost?

One plan with everything in it: $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year in the US. Prices in other countries are shown in your currency in the app. There is no free trial; you get 5 free reels instead, with no card and no account. What counts as a free reel?

A reel counts the first time you save or share it and it works. A failed or cancelled save does not count. Making and watching reels is always free. Free reels are counted per iPhone, so deleting and installing the app again does not reset them.

Is there a limit on the AI?

Editing on your iPhone (recording, cutting, captions, looks, shapes, batch, exports) has no count. Just Cut's AI writing has a fair use limit of about 100 reels a month. After the month's share of the best AI, Just Cut switches to a lighter AI and tells you. If you reach the month's limit, AI writing rests until the month resets on the 1st, and everything else keeps working. There is nothing extra to buy.

I want a refund, and I live in the EU or the UK.
You may have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Apple sells the subscription and handles this under its Media Services Terms for your country. Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will Just Cut remind me before my yearly plan renews?

Yes. Between 30 and 45 days before a yearly plan renews, Just Cut shows a reminder in the app with the date, the price and how to cancel.

I reset my iPhone and my free AI is gone.
Just Cut uses Apple's DeviceCheck to remember whether an iPhone already used its free AI, so a reinstall does not start it again. If you think this is wrong, for example after you bought a used iPhone, write to us and we can reset it for that iPhone.

Your videos and your data

Where does my video go?

Nowhere. Your video stays on your iPhone. The cut, the captions and the export all happen on the phone.

What does leave my iPhone?

Nothing goes to the AI until you say yes. Before the first AI request, Just Cut shows a sheet that names Anthropic and asks Allow or Not now. When you use Just Cut's AI, the words of your take (as text), the brief you paste and what you type go to our server and to Anthropic, the AI company that writes Just Cut's answers. Our server does not store them. In Match a reel, if you tap the button that asks the AI to name effects, a few small still frames are sent too. How do I turn the AI off?

In Settings, [VERIFY: the exact row name once built]. From then on nothing goes to the AI, and recording, cutting and captions keep working.

How do I delete my data?

Delete reels, clients or projects in the app, or delete the app to remove everything it stored on your iPhone. Our server keeps only your plan, usage counts and an App Attest key record, linked to a one way code, not your name or email, and deletes them 13 months after they were last used. To ask about them sooner, write to contact@levron.co.

How old do I need to be?

13 or older. Between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. At first launch Just Cut asks Apple for your age range and stops if it is under 13.

Can I turn off camera, microphone, photos or speech access?

Yes, in iPhone Settings, Just Cut. Just Cut asks only when a feature needs it.

Using Just Cut

Which iPhone do I need?

An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Just Cut is for iPhone only.

Which languages does it hear?

The languages Apple's speech recognition on iPhone supports, and it works out which one you spoke. The cut is tuned best in English, Spanish and Romanian. [VERIFY: keep in step with the website's language claim.]

What happens to a link I share into Just Cut?

It is saved on your iPhone as a reference. Just Cut does not open, read or download anything from it. To build a look from a video, pick one from your Photos that you have the right to use.

Just Cut ran out of space.
Exports need free storage on your iPhone. Settings, Storage shows what Just Cut keeps and lets you clear leftovers.

Report something Just Cut wrote

Just Cut's AI writes scripts, hooks, captions and ideas, and it can get things wrong. If something it wrote is offensive, harmful, untrue or uses someone's work or name without permission:

• In the app: Settings, Help, Report something Just Cut wrote. It opens your own Mail app with a draft to contact@levron.co. Paste or describe the text, say where you saw it, and send it if you want to. Nothing is sent until you tap Send in Mail.
• By email: contact@levron.co, with what it is and where you saw it.

We answer within [VERIFY: two business days] and act on it where we agree, for example by changing what Just Cut's AI is told to write. For something in Just Cut itself (a look, a sample or a sound), use the same address or Settings, Help, Report a reel or a look [VERIFY: the existing row's exact name].
